Eligibility Criteria :-
Nationality / Citizenship :
For Scale-I Officer (Post Code No. 1) and For Clerk-cum-Cashier (Office-Assistant) (Post Code No. 2): A candidate must be a citizen of India
Age Limit : Minimum 18 years - Maximum 26 years (as on 01.01.2010) i.e. not born earlier than 01.01.1984 and not later than 31.12.1992. The relaxation in upper age limit is cumulative as per Government of India guidelines.
Educational Qualification :
Post Code 1 :
A degree from any recognized university in any discipline or its equivalent.
The candidate should have proficiency in local language i.e. Hindi.
Candidate with computer literates in MS DOS, MS Word, Networking etc. will get preference at the time of interview.
Candidates with higher qualifications in Engineering/Business Administration/Law/Agriculture/Veterinary Science/MSc. Science/M.CS. Charted Accountant/Horticulture/Marketing etc. will get preference at the time of interview.
Post Code 2 :
A degree from any recognized university in any discipline or its equivalent; or
Pass with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) in aggregate in Higher Secondary examination of 10+2+3 pattern/ XI (11th) + 3 pattern / pre-degree or intermediate or any equivalent examination; or
Diploma in Banking recognized by Central/State Governments or Union Territory; or
Pass with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) in aggregate in matriculation/Senior School Certificate (old pattern) or equalant;
AND
Knowledge of English language.
The candidate should have proficiency in local language i.e. Hindi.
The selection of the candidates shall be made on the basis of written test and interview.

The written test is tentatively fixed on the following dates.

Probation :
Post Code – 1 : 2 Years, Which shall be extendable for a period not exceeding one year.
Post Code – 2 : 1 Year, Which shall be extendable for a period not exceeding Six Months.
Application Fee :
Rs.300/- (Rs.50/- for SC/ST/PH/-Ex-SM candidates) for the post of Officer and Rs. 250/- (Rs.50/- for SC/ST/PH/-Ex-SM candidates) only by means of A/c Payee crossed Bank Pay Order/ Bankers’ Cheque/ Bank Demand Draft issued by a Scheduled Bank payable at Chhindwara in favour of ”Satpura Narmada Kshetriya Gramin Bank- Recruitment Project, 2010.” Candidate must write his/ her name, date of birth and address on the reverse side of the Bank Draft/ Bankers’ Cheque/ Pay Order.
