IBA backtracked from its decision of two Saturdays off.
As per today's meeting with IBA at Mumbai, it has emerged that IBA has backtracked on its decision to implement 2nd amp; 4th Saturdays off in public sector banks.
As such the earlier structure of Saturdays as half days will continue as it is in government banks.
The matter may again be taken up for consideration in the next bipartite settlement in year 2017
