Designation: Associate Manager Marketing

Job Description:

Part of the Corporate Marketing Team at KPIT Cummins. The candidate would report to the Marketing Manager of the company This is a strategic role.

* The candidate needs to play a key part in working with the practice Managers (and other relevant stakeholders) of the company to help research, benchmark (against global peers), scope, validate (new and present) offerings, and help define long term roadmaps for our practices. So the operation activities would include( not limited to)

Research: Glean through Analysts reports/ Public data available through multiple sources. We already subscribe to and have access to quite a few Analyst firms

Dipstick: survey of Sales (Internal) and our Customer views and priorities

Scope: Articulate and present findings. Ability to scope potential for practices in terms of Revenue/size/geography potential etc

Validate: present and proposed new offerings in the practices ( create a 3-5 year blueprint) along with Practise Managers

* Create, Own and Run a process for Competitive Intelligence( this role needs to be the fountainhead of information for knowledge of our global competition, which is different in our key offerings of Product Engineering Services, Business IT and BPO/KPO)

Experience: 3 - 7 years

Location: Pune

Education: Any graduate
