Job Description :
- Answer inbound calls from customers regarding N/W, OS, H/W, MS Office, IE related queries.
- Resolve issues pertaining to N/W, OS, H/W, MS Office, IE.
- Comprehend the issue, search on Knowledge Management Tool and communicate/narrate effectively.
- Document amp; add new issues/solutions to Knowledge Management Repository.
- Utilize professional techniques to retain amp; delight customers.
- Use of soft skills - Listen, Empathy, Courtesy etc.
- Provide quality service amp; resolve concerns efficiently amp; professionally
Job Location : Delhi- NCR / Hyderabad
Salary : 1,75,000 - 2,25,000 P.A. +incentives
Educational Qualification : B.Tech/B.E.
